Fully automatic secondary thermal analyzer JX-7AT
Introduction:
The JX-7AT thermal analyzer is a fully automatic secondary (cold trap) thermal analyzer with 24 sample grades. It uses semiconductor refrigeration and the cold trap temperature can be as low as -35 ℃ or below (depending on the ambient temperature). The injection valve system is driven by a motor, and the needle insertion is done by pneumatic means. Equipped with standard sample simulation sampling function. The enrichment and injection processes are fully automated and can be used in conjunction with domestic and imported gas chromatographs. Suitable for fields such as environmental monitoring. Applicable (not limited to) to the following standards:
GB 50325-2010 Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering specifies the determination of benzene in indoor air and the determination of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in indoor air;
GB/T 18883-2002 Indoor Air Quality Standard;
HJ 583-2010 Determination of Benzene Compounds in Environmental Air Solid Adsorption Thermal Desorption Gas Chromatography Method;
HJ 644-2013 Determination of volatile organic compounds in ambient air - Adsorption tube sampling - Thermal desorption/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method;

characteristic:
1. Adopting semiconductor refrigeration to save usage costs.
2. The heating rate of secondary analysis is greater than 60 ℃, and when it reaches 400 ℃, the peak width is less than 3s.
3. All air ducts are made of 316 stainless steel that has been passivated and polished. The sealing rings are made of PTFE material, which is heat-resistant and non-volatile.
4. The heating gas pipeline uses imported high inert deactivation stainless steel gas pipeline, and the sealing uses PTFE material, which is high temperature resistant and non-volatile.
5. The precision high-temperature resistant injection valve is used in the heating valve box, with no dead volume and a maximum operating temperature of up to 220 ℃. The injection valve is driven by a motor and does not require external driving gas, making it easy to use.
6. The integrated design of the heating valve box and heating gas path reduces intermediate links and minimizes the problem of low resolution caused by dead volume to the greatest extent possible.
7. By calculating the diameter of the analytical tube and gas path, the optimal variable diameter joint was designed to minimize the dead volume at the connection point of the analytical tube and gas path.
8. Equipped with standard sample simulation sampling function.
